Strategic priorities for corporate social responsibility
We are perfectly aware of the enormous responsibility involved in the chemical business.
We are perfectly aware of the enormous responsibility involved in the chemical business. Sustainability and corporate business responsibility are of strategic importance to us. Oversight of the process of sustainable development management rests with the President of the Management Board and with individual Management Board members within their respective areas of responsibility. As the pursuit of sustainable development spans all areas of the Group’s activities, representatives from various departments and levels of the organisation are also involved in the process.
We treat our strategic approach to sustainability as a reflection of the integrated approach to the measures we take in the area of economic efficiency, responsibility towards employees and the environment, as well as community relationships. In 2017, we updated our strategic priorities for sustainable development and social responsibility.
